Our thriving family and criminal law firm is looking to add an Associate Attorney position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience preferably in family and/or criminal courts and enjoy the litigation aspect. Experience is preferred but not required as we are willing to train the right individual.Candidate must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

We are a laid back law firm looking to find another attorney to help us grow. Our office is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday but we allow flexible work schedules around your personal calendar dependent on court events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Salary ranging between $75,000 and $100,000 based upon experience with an incentive program based upon your billable hours allowing you to be in control of your earnings.

Experience:
Litigation: 1 year ideal but willing to train
License/Certification:
Florida Bar license
Responsibilities:
- Manage your own case load and litigation processes, including preparing for trials and hearings.
- Represent clients in family and criminal cases in Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Hernando County.
- Conduct thorough legal research using Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence with precision, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide sound advice.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations pertinent to various practice areas.
- Manage case files and maintain organized documentation within the law office.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
