Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
- Provide legal advice to clients regarding environmental law matters and patent applications.
- Maintain organized case files and documentation for effective legal administration.
- Attend court hearings and client meetings as necessary to represent the firm's interests.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of law office procedures and operations.
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
- Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with PA Condominium Act and Planned Community Act.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and court presentations.
