We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. While our practice focuses on plaintiff Personal Injury work, candidates with prior experience in insurance defense are also welcome. Trial experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will represent clients in legal proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions, while conducting thorough legal research and analysis. You will draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively are essential.
