lowercase, PLLC is seeking an associate attorney with personal injury experience to join our fast-paced practice. The ideal candidate is organized, takes ownership of cases, and communicates clearly and consistently with clients.

Responsibilities:

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution, including litigation when needed.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and mediations, and prepare cases for trial.
Keep clients informed, manage expectations, and respond promptly to questions.
Track deadlines and work closely with the firm's case managers and support staff.

Qualifications:

Personal injury experience is required.
Litigation and trial experience are required.
Must be comfortable managing a high volume of cases while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Strong writing, negotiation, organization, and client management skills.
Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plus.
