Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions, advocating for their best interests.
- Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other attorneys to build a strong case and provide effective legal representation.
- Provide advice and counsel to clients regarding corporate and employment best practices.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and ensure accurate interpretation of laws and regulations.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay current on legal developments, precedents, and best practices in litigation to continuously improve legal services and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid license to practice law in California.
- Show 2-5 years of litigation or other relevant experience.
