```Job Summary:```We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our legal team. No experience is needed, although you must have passed the CA Bar Exam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and litigation. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with our senior attorneys to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
```Responsibilities:```
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs
- Assist with case management and preparation for hearings and trials
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including oral arguments
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Attend client meetings and provide legal advice and guidance
```Qualifications:```
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in legal drafting and document review
- Experience with Lexis-Nexis for legal research
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
