Description:
We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our complex civil litigation department.We represent numerous individual and corporate clients on complex civil litigation claims ranging from contract, personal injury and/or tort claims and are looking for a teammate to grow! The candidate will be responsible for assisting on all matters including managing a separate case load. There will be significant courtroom time as this position is a litigation (not transactional) opportunity.
Job Requirements:
- Virginia Bar License
- 0-1+ years of relevant experience
- Great attitude and personality
- Honest and hard working
- Great communication skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Strong desire to litigate
- Some familiarity with Virginia procedure and civil litigation is a bonus but not required
Compensation:
Annual Salary: $72,000 – $110,000
