We are hiring an associate attorney to join us in our Lawrenceville, New Jersey location. Base salary range is $70,000 to $150,000 depending on experience. We also provide a performance-based compensation structure. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and generous time off allowances. This position has genuine opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities include: client advocacy; court appearances, hearings, and trials; providing practical legal counsel and advice; legal research and writing; managing caseload and client expectations.

Qualified candidates must:

Be licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
Have 2 to 5 years' legal experience with strong preference given to those with relevant special needs experience.
Strong written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to work collaboratively and independently.
Strong advocacy skills and willingness to vigorously pursue client objectives, including through litigation.
Passionate and strong work ethic.
Patient, compassionate, and empathetic rapport with clients.
