We are hiring an associate attorney to join us in our Lawrenceville, New Jersey location. Base salary range is $70,000 to $150,000 depending on experience. We also provide a performance-based compensation structure. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k), and generous time off allowances. This position has genuine opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities include: client advocacy; court appearances, hearings, and trials; providing practical legal counsel and advice; legal research and writing; managing caseload and client expectations.
Qualified candidates must:
- Be licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
- Have 2 to 5 years' legal experience with strong preference given to those with relevant special needs experience.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong advocacy skills and willingness to vigorously pursue client objectives, including through litigation.
- Passionate and strong work ethic.
- Patient, compassionate, and empathetic rapport with clients.
