Description:Gilson Daub, LLP is a fast-paced, growing insurance defense firm seeking associate attorneys to join our Las Vegas office. Our firm specializes in workers' compensation defense and subrogation. Ideal candidates will have strong writing skills and look to develop additional skills under the supervision of a managing attorney.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research
- Draft various pleadings and correspondence
- Assist with hearings and hearing preparation
- Maintain files within case management system
- Communicate with opposing counsel and various clients
- Meet monthly billing requirements
Qualifications:
- Member of the State Bar of Nevada
- Knowledge of Nevada statues and regulations
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must be a team player but also able to work independently
- Highly motivated and a self-starter
- Knowledge of Administrative Law is preferred but not required
- 1-3 years of experience is preferred but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
