What You'll Do:
As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with experienced attorneys on all phases of personal injury cases, including:
- Case evaluation and legal analysis
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conducting legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers
- Negotiating settlements with insurance companies
- Assisting with mediations, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
- Developing litigation and case strategies
- Managing deadlines and maintaining organized case files
- This role offers significant client interaction and courtroom exposure, making it an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want to develop strong litigation and negotiation skills in a supportive environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Washington Bar License
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
- Personal injury experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, eager to learn, and committed to client advocacy.
