What You'll Do:
As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with experienced attorneys on all phases of personal injury cases, including:
  • Case evaluation and legal analysis
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Conducting legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis
  • Communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers
  • Negotiating settlements with insurance companies
  • Assisting with mediations, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation
  • Developing litigation and case strategies
  • Managing deadlines and maintaining organized case files
  • This role offers significant client interaction and courtroom exposure, making it an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want to develop strong litigation and negotiation skills in a supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active Washington Bar License
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and sound judgment
  • A team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
  • Personal injury experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated, eager to learn, and committed to client advocacy.
