Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts, briefs, motions, and legal documents
- Conduct in-depth legal research
- Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and legal proceedings

- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate and organized client files
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Successful completion of the bar exam
