Position:A International Law Firm that Specializes in Finance, Government Law & Real Estate is seeking a highly qualified 3rd or 4th year associate to join our Bankruptcy & Restructuring group in New York, Boston, or Orange County.
The ideal candidate will have restructuring experience including Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors and creditors in all areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. Candidates should be capable of handling and running multiple significant matters at once and should be able to work collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comparable law firm experience required; clerkship experience preferred.
