Associate Attorney – Business, Real Estate and Probate Litigation and Transactions (2–4 Years)Houston, Texas
We are a small, trial-focused commercial litigation firm based in Houston seeking a 2–4 year associate to join our growing practice. Our work focuses on business disputes, trade secret protection, residential and commercial real estate, insured property damage claims, and the creation, management, and ownership of business entities.

We are looking for someone who wants to practice real litigation, not just support it—and who is motivated to grow into a key member of a small, high-level team.
What You'll Do:
- Handle substantive responsibilities in litigation matters from early case stages through resolution
- Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take/defend depositions
- Work directly with clients on strategy and case management
- Participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
- Manage portions of a caseload with increasing autonomy
Basic Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of litigation experience (commercial or real estate litigation preferred)
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience with motion practice and discovery
- Deposition experience is a plus
- Texas bar admission required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience practicing estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law or securities law
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and courtroom procedures
- Legal administrative experience supporting a busy law office environment
- Excellent negotiation skills with a proactive approach to dispute resolution
- Knowledge of tribal laws and regulations relevant to specific client needs

Total compensation typically ranges from $150,000 to $180,000+, depending on performance.
