Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of litigation experience to join our dynamic and fast-growing practice. The ideal candidate is intellectually rigorous, resourceful, and driven to develop into a world-class advocate.

This role requires a highly motivated professional capable of managing sophisticated legal work and contributing meaningfully to case strategy and execution. You will work closely with senior trial attorneys on matters involving complex fact patterns, high-profile clients, and demanding legal environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and draft litigation memoranda, pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs;
  • Support case strategy development through evidence review, discovery, witness preparation, and case organization;
  • Perform trial preparation and make occasional court appearances;
  • Utilize legal research and case-management platforms including Westlaw, Thompson Reuters tools, Clio, and AI-powered technologies;
  • Navigate court filing systems including PACER and Texas eFile;
  • Record case deadlines and deliver quality work product under time-sensitive conditions; and
  • Provide substantive legal support across a range of civil, white-collar, and arbitration matters.

Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar (or pending admission)
  • 2–5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in both federal and state practice
  • Strong command of legal writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of court rules, procedure, and motion practice
  • Technologically fluent; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, act independently, and operate with discretion
  • Professional presence, reliability, and a disciplined work ethic
  • Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning and legal development
  • Multilingual ability preferred, particularly Spanish or other languages relevant to international matters
