Description:
Attorney admitted in New York with 3-5 years experience in all phases of professional liability defense litigation. Responsibilities include:
- Represent clients in court and at depositions
- Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
- Advise clients on legal issues
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
- Comply with all legal standards and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in law
- Familiarity with various legal documents
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
