Description:Full-service law firm seeks a highly motivated and skilled associate attorney admitted in New York with 1 to 3 years of real estate experience. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, and development deals.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and execute complex real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and development agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential real estate transactions, including review of title, survey, and environmental issues.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of real estate matters.
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to deliver high-quality legal services to clients.
- Stay current on developments in real estate law and industry trends to provide proactive and strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the New York State Bar
- 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Lending
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Effective communication skills for client interactions
- Experience with Microsoft 365, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$95,000 to $115,000 annually
