The role involves high-volume legal representation of mortgage lenders and servicers in bankruptcy-related matters. The successful candidate will thrive in a deadline-driven environment and work closely with experienced legal teams to deliver best-in-class service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings
- Manage a high-volume caseload independently
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Attend hearings (virtually or in person) and communicate with courts as needed
- Maintain effective and timely communication with clients and team members
- Work collaboratively with paralegals, legal support staff, and other attorneys
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in Kentucky required, additional Ohio license preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and legal writing skills
- Ability to handle a large caseload in a fast-paced legal environment
- Previous bankruptcy or foreclosure experience a plus, but not required
