This is an opportunity to play a key role in sophisticated business and real estate transactions while enjoying the benefits of practicing in dynamic cities offering exceptional professional opportunities and quality of life.
About the role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in one or more of the following areas:
- Structuring and negotiating mergers and acquisitions
- Advising business owners throughout the business lifecycle — from formation to daily operations and exit strategies
- Handling complex real estate transactions, including REITs and developer representations
- Providing strategic counsel on a broad range of corporate, securities, and commercial matters
Experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus: healthcare, real estate, construction, insurance, banking and financial services, manufacturing and maquiladoras (cross-border operations),
aerospace/defense/government contracting, transportation, and education.
