About the Position:
As a Criminal Defense Attorney, you'll manage your own caseload while working alongside an experienced legal team committed to providing exceptional representation.

This position offers immediate courtroom experience, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with an established criminal defense practice.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal matters.
Manage cases from consultation through resolution or trial.
Appear in court for arraignments, bond hearings, motion hearings, bench trials, and jury trials.
Develop legal strategy and prepare cases for litigation.
Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal memoranda.
Negotiate with prosecutors and opposing counsel.
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their representation.
Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications:

Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
Criminal defense experience preferred.
Courtroom and litigation experience strongly preferred.
Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
Strong organizational and case management abilities.
Professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
Ability to independently manage an active caseload.

Compensation & Benefits:

$100,000–$125,000+ annually, depending on experience.
