We are a boutique Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Elder Law firm located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Fendrick Morgan combines expert legal knowledge with creative, personalized strategies to address each client's unique needs.We are in search of an associate attorney with 1-5 years of experience. Practical experience in the areas of estate planning, elder law and/or estate administration experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is looking to transition into this area of law. We seek an excellent team-player and communicator.
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and representation in areas such as estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning. Daily responsibilities include client consultations, drafting legal documents, and case management. The role requires the ability to build strong client relationships and work in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications:
- Admission to the New Jersey bar required
- Admission to the Pennsylvania bar preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
