Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a Professional Liability attorney with 5+ years of legal experience for its Roseland, New Jersey office. The practice group is team-work based and client focused with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth. Specifically, we are seeking candidates who have at least 5 years experience in construction defect/ design professional litigation who can independently handle a caseload with limited oversight but appropriate mentorship. A New York license is a plus, but not required. This position is designed for a construction lawyer who is looking to take their practice to the next level with the help of local subject matter expertise combined with an institutional platform that supports practice and individual growth.

Compensation range: $125,000 - $200,000 +
