Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking a Professional Liability attorney with 5+ years of legal experience for its Roseland, New Jersey office. The practice group is team-work based and client focused with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth. Specifically, we are seeking candidates who have at least 5 years experience in construction defect/ design professional litigation who can independently handle a caseload with limited oversight but appropriate mentorship. A New York license is a plus, but not required. Compensation range: $125,000 - $200,000 +
