Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting attorneys in both transactional and litigation matters.
- Drafting court filings and transactional documents.
- Legal research and writing.
- Reviewing contracts and assisting with litigation.
Qualifications:
- Licensed South Carolina attorney.
- Ideally 1+ years of experience
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Desire to work in person and ability to work collaboratively.
