Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. As an integral member of our firm, the Associate Attorney will collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to handle a wide range of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent legal acumen, and a passion for advocating on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues relevant to ongoing litigation cases.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents for submission to courts and opposing parties.
  • Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to provide updates and obtain necessary information.
  • Assist with case management tasks, including organizing and maintaining case files, calendars, and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and tactics to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay updated on changes in the law, legal trends, and developments in relevant practice areas.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado
  • 3+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in litigation.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral advocacy and courtroom presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
