Role Description:This is a full-time on-site or hybrid role for an experienced Associate Attorney here at A Responsive Law Firm in Beverly, Massachusetts. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for working as a point person across an assigned caseload. The ideal candidate has stellar research skills, a strong understanding of probate and real estate law, the ability to collaborate with clients on completing tasks with deadlines, and to provide courtroom coverage and litigation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and confident attorney who can swiftly step in to represent clients. The firm is flexible and will base the position on personal skills and experience.
The ideal candidate is a practicing attorney with at least 2.5 years of experience.

Qualifications:
- Experience in Probate, Real Estate or Business Formation—one to three years of law experience with a strong focus on client relations.
- Entry-Level Court Representation—act independently in court, ensuring seamless legal representation while maintaining professionalism and preparedness.
- Strategic Litigation Skills—experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal arguments.
- Caseload Management—ability to independently manage various case tasks, work directly with senior level attorneys, and assist clients throughout challenging processes.
- Legal Research & Analysis—ability to conduct and apply thorough legal research, interpret case law, and apply relevant statutes to complex cases.
- Strong Written Communication—ability to draft persuasive legal documents and effectively communicate complex legal matters to clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities—capability to evaluate cases and communicate with senior attorneys and clients to complete case milestones.
- Passion for Helping Others—commitment and passion for supporting clients through challenging legal matters with empathy and professionalism.
- Accountability & Ownership—the ability to own case responsibilities independently and generate future clients.
- Bar Admission—Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar Association.
