North Shore Real Estate firm looking for a full-time Associate Attorney with a focus on Probate and Estate Planning.The Associate Attorney position expects rapid advancement. This position requires at least 2 years of experience, specifically in Estate Planning and Probate. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills and proficiency with civil procedure. This position requires a thorough understanding of Estate Planning and/or probate procedures. Candidate needs to be committed to practicing on the Northshore and capable of working in a small firm collaborative environment. Work-life balance is a firm priority. Salary will be very competitive and commensurate with experience and portables.

Responsibilities:
- Manage case files efficiently using legal case management systems to ensure timely updates and compliance with procedural laws.
- Provide legal counsel to clients by explaining complex legal concepts clearly and answering their questions thoroughly.
- Conduct statutory legal research to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations across diverse jurisdictions.
Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of estate planning and probate.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear legal drafting of documents.
- Familiarity with Estate Planning and Probate drafting, legal case management software, and general legal procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Prior law office experience combined with a solid understanding of legal administrative processes is highly desirable.
