Foley & Lardner is seeking a corporate associate to join the Transactions Practice Group in our Boston office. This position involves primarily working on M&A transactions and requires an associate who is comfortable working on teams and having regular, direct interaction with partners, senior associates, and clients. The associate will be joining an energetic and collaborative culture that values character, work ethic and personal/professional development.Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of experience working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, financings, securities, corporate governance, and other commercial transactions, in addition to general corporate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong document drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive attitude and an exceptional work ethic.
