We are seeking a talented and driven Associate Attorney with experience in family law to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating on behalf of clients in matters related to divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, paternity, and other family law issues. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys and gain invaluable courtroom experience.Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel and representation to clients in all aspects of family law cases and other civil cases.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare pleadings, motions, and other court filings.
- Represent clients in mediation, negotiation, and litigation proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and achieve successful outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates on case progress and address any concerns or questions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 2+ years of experience practicing family law, with a strong understanding of relevant statutes and case law.
