Associate Attorney / Future Partner OpportunityPerdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins and Mott L.L.P. seeks a Full-Time Associate Attorney to join its Arlington, Texas office. This position is open to Texas-licensed attorneys, including recent graduates and experienced practitioners, who are interested in a demanding and substantive practice within a well-established law firm.
Associates work closely with partners and senior attorneys and are involved in all phases of litigation from inception through resolution. The Firm maintains a collaborative professional environment and provides formal training and mentorship. There are no billable hour requirements.

Responsibilities:
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, discovery, judgments, and legal memoranda; managing active court dockets in multiple jurisdictions; making court appearances; advising clients on tax and collection-related matters; communicating with opposing counsel and other stakeholders; and assisting with appellate matters as needed.
Associates are also expected to participate in client development and Firm initiatives, including attendance at local and statewide professional events.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Texas and demonstrate strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. The ability to manage a substantial caseload, exercise sound judgment, and communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel is essential. Prior legal experience is preferred but not required.
