Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
- Conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
- Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance defense.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in Louisiana and in good standing with the State Bar
- 2–3 years of experience in casualty litigation
- Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
