Position Overview:The Personal Injury Attorney will manage a full caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will be skilled in some litigation, negotiation, and client communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all phases of personal injury cases, including pre-litigation and litigation.
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other court documents.
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials as necessary.
- Evaluate cases, develop legal strategies, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Negotiate settlements to maximize client recovery.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure timely case progression.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Louisiana Bar membership.
- Legal experience preferred, preferably in personal injury law.
- Proven ability to handle cases independently from start to finish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Commitment to client service and professional ethics.
