Description:
Well-established boutique real estate litigation firm with a strong emphasis in construction defense has an immediate opening for a full-time attorney for the Austin office.Qualified candidates must have at least five years litigation experience to be considered. Prior experience in construction and real estate law preferred, but not required with strong enough litigation background. Must be licensed in the State of Texas.
The attorneys work closely with firm partners on all aspects of litigation management, including, but not limited to:
- Document review
- Legal research
- Drafting pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions and responses
- Taking depositions
- Attending mediations
- Trial and arbitration preparation and attendance
Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to client service. The position includes a six-figure salary and generous benefits, including, but not limited to:
