Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development and legal analysis
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, contracts, memoranda, and correspondence with precision and clarity
- Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, negotiations, and client meetings by organizing case files and evidence
- Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining professionalism and strategic focus
- Conduct client interviews to gather relevant facts and provide updates on case progress
- Maintain accurate records of case activities and ensure compliance with all legal administrative requirements
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission
- Proficiency in legal research platforms including LexisNexis and Westlaw
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and persuasive legal documents
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in legal drafting and research
- Prior experience working in a busy law office or legal administrative environment is preferred
- Effective negotiation skills coupled with the ability to handle complex cases with professionalism and confidence
Pay: $105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
