Requirements:
- Active Georgia law license
- 0–5 years of experience in litigation, bankruptcy, or a related practice area
- Take-charge attitude with the ability to manage cases and drive matters forward independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid academic credentials
- Enthusiasm for implementing new legal technology and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial litigation, creditors' rights, real estate, or bankruptcy-related matters
- Experience with Chapter 7 and/or 11 bankruptcy matters
- Strong organizational skills and interest in developing systems and processes
- Duties**
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and proposed orders
- Communicate directly with clients regarding case status and strategy
- Appear at hearings and status conferences
- Supervise staff and ensure timely completion of case-related tasks
Compensation & Benefits:
- Total compensation $80,000–$120,000, reflecting base salary and performance bonuses — strong performers may exceed the stated range
