Description:
The Associate Attorney is responsible for handling Residential Portfolio Management matters for the firm, utilizing their legal knowledge and experience to manage eviction, code enforcement, and small claims matters on behalf of our clients.

This is a fully remote position with a hybrid component, requiring occasional court appearances and onsite meetings. Candidates must reside in the Atlanta,GA area to accommodate these in-person requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, review, and approval of eviction related pleadings.
  • Handle all aspects of eviction, code enforcement and small claims matters including contested matters.
  • Participation in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings.
  • Regular client meetings/updates.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements:
  • Juris Doctorate.
  • 3-5 years of experience with eviction-related pleadings.
  • Member in good standing with the Georgia bar association.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
  • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with all clients (via client systems, e-mail, and phone).
  • Provides exceptional client service.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
  • Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance.
  • Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
