Massey Injury Law is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and driven Associate Attorney to join our growing personal injury firm in the heart of Athens' Five Points neighborhood. This is an in-person position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives while developing your litigation skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The role includes handling cases from initial consultations through negotiations and litigation. You will have ample opportunity for numerous depositions, mediations and potential trials as we seek full and fair value for our injured clients.The Associate Attorney position is a leadership role with two paralegals reporting to the attorney for case management. Teamwork is key, as you'll work regularly with multiple colleagues in an action-packed environment. We believe great results come from great people. What We're Looking For:
- Active license to practice law in Georgia.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining exceptional client communication.
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to mentoring others and contributing to firm success.
- Personal injury and litigation experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
