Business immigration firm is seeking an Associate Attorney. Ideal candidate would have 2 years of experience in immigration law (H-1B, PERM, I-140, etc.) and be motivated, possess knowledge of various types of nonimmigrant and immigrant petition/visa procedures and have a strong attention to detail. Will perform a range of duties including drafting and reviewing forms, support letters, legal memoranda, and supporting documents for a high volume of cases, will communicate regularly with clients and provide support to senior attorneys. Candidate should be able to multi-task, be fully competent with computer systems including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and comfortable with case management software.
