We seek a junior to mid-level associate with litigation and settlement negotiation experience. The size of our office allows for unique opportunities to take ownership of cases, be the primary contact with clients, and find effective solutions for the individuals and businesses we serve. We seek candidates with the drive and potential to rise to supervisory positions within the firm and effectively lead and supervise staff and other attorneys. Candidates with an enterprising, collaborative spirit and strong work ethic are particularly desired.

Ideal candidates will have two to five years of general civil litigation experience and superb writing and research skills. Excellent client-relations skills and ability to build rapport with clients are a must. Exposure or direct experience in employment litigation is helpful, as is demonstrated success in settlement negotiations. We seek candidates who can strategize potential outcomes and are ready to assume significant case responsibilities in a team-oriented environment.
