Associate Attorney – Real Estate Law Firm looking for an associate attorney. Much of the attorney's role will include representing clients in real estate transactions, although development of other areas of practice is encouraged. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct client contact, representation of lending institutions, purchasers and sellers in residential and commercial title transfer and mortgage transactions. Qualified candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State and preferably have a minimum of two years of legal experience, with familiarity with real estate transactions, an interest in taking on management responsibilities over time and the capability to work in an organized and detail-oriented manner as part of a team.Our ideal candidate will have:
