A National Boutique Law Firm is seeking an insurance coverage litigation attorney with at least two years of insurance coverage experience. The attorney will support a practice that represents and advises a range of insurers that underwrite a variety of different coverages, including commercial general liability policies, commercial automobile policies, personal umbrella policies, freight forwarder policies, and professional liability policies.Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively analyze insurance policies, draft coverage opinions, conduct legal research, draft pleadings, answer discovery and take depositions, as well as be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while on deadline.
The position can be fully in the office or hybrid.
