Position Overview:
We are looking for an associate attorney who is eager to gain valuable immigration removal defense experience and develop a career in the field, with the possibility of entering on a partnership track over time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Passion for Social Justice: Strong commitment to advocating for immigrants' rights.
Education & Licensure: J.D. or LL.M. degree and an active license to practice law in Massachusetts.
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required. Proficiency in Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or French is a strong plus. Please DO NOT apply if you do not a minimum working proficiency in Spanish.
Experience: Experience at a removal defense law firm, legal services organization, or relevant non-profit is preferred.
