Akin's Real Estate group is seeking a highly qualified associate with three to five years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and general contracting matters, including drafting and negotiating material definitive documents and interfacing directly with clients. Experience with hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, and development is a plus. Candidates may be based in any of Akin's U.S. offices. Strong academic credentials and experience at a comparable law firm are required.
