We are a boutique business immigration firm looking for an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join a close-knit, fast-moving team. Our attorneys work across both nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, we believe that breadth makes better counsel.You will manage a diverse caseload of H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, O-1s, PERMs, I-140s, and adjustment of status filings for a range of corporate clients. You will also mentor paralegals and support staff, help grow client relationships, and contribute to firm operations and business development.
We are looking for someone who is technologically curious, comfortable with high case volume, and able to translate complex immigration law into clear, actionable guidance quickly.

Position Duties:
- Prepare well-documented, accurate nonimmigrant and immigrant visa filings across a high-volume caseload
- Strategize with various and diverse employers on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options for employees, which includes counseling on visa strategy, best practices, and workforce immigration planning
- Manage growing corporate client accounts, including compliance reporting, training sessions, and ongoing legal counsel
- Deliver timely, plain-language responses to client questions both legal and practical
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited institution and active bar license in any U.S. state
- 2+ years of legal experience; business immigration experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on experience with NIV and IV petitions, including PERM
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in legal work, client service and embracing technology to create efficiencies that serve the client
- A collaborative spirit and genuine commitment to the immigration community
