Champagne Law Group, a growing immigration and family law firm with offices in Massachusetts and Florida, is seeking an experienced, driven, and client-focused Associate Attorney with a strong background in BOTH immigration and family law to join our team.

We're looking for an attorney who can confidently manage complex legal matters, develop effective case strategies, and provide exceptional representation while helping our firm continue to grow.

What You'll Do:

Advocate for Clients: Represent clients in immigration and family law matters, providing strategic legal guidance and strong advocacy.
Handle Immigration Cases: Manage asylum applications, deportation and removal defense, family-based green card petitions, and other immigration matters.
Handle Family Law Cases: Represent clients in divorce, child custody, child support, and other family-related legal matters.
Own Your Caseload: Independently manage cases from initial consultation through resolution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met.
Represent Clients in Court: Attend immigration and family court hearings, prepare legal arguments, and advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
Collaborate & Lead: Work closely with paralegals, legal support staff, and firm leadership to ensure efficient case management and exceptional client service.

Who We're Looking for:
Our Ideal Candidate:

Has 4–5 years of experience practicing immigration and family law.
Has demonstrated hands-on experience in BOTH practice areas.
Has experience handling asylum, deportation defense, and family-based immigration matters.
Has experience with divorce, custody, child support, and other family law proceedings.
Is an active member in good standing of a U.S. state bar and is eligible to handle the firm's assigned matters.
Has strong courtroom advocacy, litigation, legal research, and writing skills.
Is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable independently managing a caseload.
Has excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach.
Can work effectively in a remote environment and is willing to travel as needed.
