An Experienced Maritime Injury Attorney office is seeking an Attorney for its Plaintiff's personal injury practice. This is a state-wide practice which can be remote and/or hybrid. We are about productivity, not wasting time in traffic. We are about getting great results for our clients.

Candidates should have at least 1-5 years Personal Injury experience with Plaintiff's experience strongly preferred. Those with Appellate experience will also be strongly considered, as will those with federal court experience. The successful candidate will be a part of a team of long-term workers who do not have to worry about billing, or working 80 hours per week.

This position includes generation of Complaints, pleadings, responding to opposing legal briefs and motions, and the opportunity to direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements. There is also the opportunity to assist with and be a part of trials.

Candidates must be current members of the Florida Bar in good standing. Salary is dependent on experience.
