Job Overview:
a highly motivated and detail-oriented transactional lawyer to join on a full or part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law and be able to work remotely.

Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including purchase agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, NVCA transaction documents.
  • Asset with advising clients on legal and business matters related to transactions and provide practical solutions to legal issues
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support transaction projects
  • Collaborate with internal team and external counsel as needed to ensure efficient and effective contract processes
  • Supports due diligence

Requirements:
  • JD degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in at least one state
  • 1 - 3+ years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on corporate and transactional law
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and experience drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with remote work technology and tools
  • In the office 3-4 days a week (we can reduce the number of days once we get to know you and your abilities).
