Job Description:
- Conduct research and writing.
- Respond to discovery.
- Conduct and defend depositions.
- Attend court hearings.
- Conduct mediations.
- Prepare for and attend trials .
Requirements:
- Must have a great work ethic and work well within a team.
- Must be proactive, responsible, diligent and responsive.
- Must have strong research, writing and oral advocacy skills.
- Skills Sets
- Spanish fluency (speaking, reading, and writing) is strongly preferred.
- Must be barred in Florida state court.
- Florida federal court admission is strongly preferred.
