Seeking an Experienced Immigration Attorney.

We do removal defense and family-based immigration. We need an experienced immigration lawyer to join our team and work directly with clients.

This is a REMOTE position. However, we strongly prefer someone that resides in the Miami area (or within reasonable commute to South Florida) for instances where in-person needs may arise.

We want to be known for helping our clients come out of their immigration process feeling as though they had a team that fought for them and really cared for them.

This position will be responsible for important work, including:

Preparing/reviewing USCIS and EOIR filings.
Attend USCIS interviews and immigration court.
Meet with clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
Conduct new client consultations.
Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs for filing.
Interview clients and prepare declarations.
Develop and maintain records regarding billable hours spent on specific cases.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

You have at least 5+ years experience in immigration law.

We love to help people learn and grow. But we don't have the time for that right now. We need a lawyer that can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal handholding. This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work remotely for 40 hours per week. During the first 90 days of employment the pay will be $85,000, with opportunities for increase after the first 90 days. We offer a flexible work from home schedule so long as the work gets done. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability through KPIs.
