Job Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our fast growing law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various legal areas, including estate planning, family law, and criminal defense. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research using LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, briefs, and memoranda with strong attention to detail and clarity.
- Assist in case management and litigation processes across multiple practice areas such as estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, and more.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining professionalism and adherence to ethical standards.
- Support the firm's administrative functions by maintaining organized case files and ensuring compliance with legal procedures.
- Stay current on relevant laws and regulations through ongoing research and professional development activities.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to the development of legal strategies tailored to individual client needs.
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar with active licensing.
- Proven experience or familiarity with a broad range of practice areas including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, tribal law & regulations, litigation, or patent law is highly desirable.
- Strong research skills utilizing LexisNexis and Westlaw platforms.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents.
- Prior legal administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory; a demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases efficiently is essential.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
