Associate Attorneys have the opportunity and are expected to work closely with the Partners as part of a collegial work environment.

The Firm is seeking multiple associates to be a part of our Litigation, Municipal Law, and Labor and Employment sections. In our labor and Employment section, we focus on employment litigation, counseling, and traditional labor law, which includes collective bargaining, labor arbitration, matters before the National Labor Relations Board, Civil Service Commission, and/or New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission). Responsibilities & Tasks
  • Drafting Pleadings, Motions, Order to Show Cause, etc.
  • Drafting discovery requests and responses
  • Attending court hearings/arbitrations/mediations
  • Taking depositions
  • Attending and participating in client meetings
  • Research and writing of legal memorandums
  • Responsibilities and tasks outlined are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the Firm.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should have an interest in complex commercial cases, Title 59, 1983 Claims, Labor & Employment matters, and General Litigation. The successful candidate will have excellent skills in writing and oral communications and have significant experience in all aspects of trial advocacy. Municipal Tax Appeal, Public Entity and Judicial Clerkship experience is a plus. Candidates must be members in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
