Description:

The Arnold Law Firm values professionalism, mentorship, and long-term growth. Associates are treated as integral members of the team and are encouraged to develop their own strengths while receiving guidance and support from experienced practitioners.

We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join our growing practice.

The Arnold Law Firm is an eight-attorney boutique law firm based in Jacksonville, Florida, with a statewide practice focused on education law. The firm represents more than 240 public charter schools and related organizations throughout Florida, providing comprehensive legal counsel to clients operating at the intersection of education, government, and business. We represent clients at the state and federal trial court level, in administrative proceedings, and on appeal. In addition to advocacy and transactional work, we emphasize serving as a trusted counselor to schools and school leaders when they need practical, timely legal guidance.

This position is perfect for an attorney who wants a truly hybrid practice that combines both litigation and transactional work. However, if you're more interested in one area than the other, we're happy to discuss that as well.

The Associate Attorney will work closely with partners and senior attorneys, receive hands-on mentorship and training, and be given meaningful responsibility early in their tenure. This role is well-suited for a self-starter who thrives in a small-firm, collaborative environment and values developing a broad, sophisticated legal skill set.
