Description:
We are seeking a licensed Associate Attorney to join our growing creditors' rights practice in Indianapolis. This role offers immediate courtroom experience, hands-on litigation work, and strong earning potential within a well-established, multi-state law firm.This is not a back-office role—our attorneys actively manage cases, appear in court, and develop real litigation skills early in their careers.
Compensation:
- Base salary starting at $90,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of consumer and commercial matters
- Review and approve pleadings, motions, and executions
- Appear in court and represent clients in hearings
- Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
- Ensure compliance with FDCPA, CFPB, FCRA, and applicable laws
- Communicate with clients regarding case strategy and progress
- Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana (required)
- 0–3 years of experience (litigation experience preferred, but not required)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
